Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. Please read the fine prints of each product before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order to initiate a return/refund, please write to ADMIN@ROBOKIDZ.CO.IN with complete details of your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank/credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ADMIN@ROBOKIDZ.CO.IN

Cancellation

  1. Cancellation before Shipment –  If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please send an email to: ADMIN@ROBOKIDZ.CO.IN with the Subject: Order Cancellation-<Order Number>, where Order Numberis the actual order number that you received after placing the order. The request will be processed in 3 business days.
  2. Cancellation Post Shipment (Before Delivery) –  If you cancel the order after it has been shipped but has not been delivered yet, please send an email to: ADMIN@ROBOKIDZ.CO.INwith the Subject: Order Cancellation-<Order Number>, where Order Numberis the actual order number that you received after placing the order.
  • As we work with a third party agency for Courier, there might be a case, where we have handed over the package to the Courier person. Delivery will be attempted in such a case, please don’t accept the delivery.
  • We’ll check the returned package and based on our verification report of package/condition, will process the request in 3 business days.
