Best for kids ages 8–16, but honestly we've seen 6-year-olds build LED projects and adults learning their first language. If you can drag, you can code.

Is it really free?

Yes - the editor, all blocks, AI Extensions, and unlimited projects are free. The AI Assistant (Pro) is the only paid add-on and there's a generous free tier.

Do we need to buy hardware?
